Regency period rosewood games table from the early 19th century. The games card table has a well figured top with a parcel gilt thumbnail reeded edge. The top opens to reveal a green baize playing surface. The top, when open, is supported on twin gate action ply legs to the reverse. The rosewood frieze is elegantly decorated with a gilt brass moulding that sits above four rosewood crisply ring-turned tapered legs that terminate on squat toupie feet.
