A pair of early 19th century William IV rosewood games tables.

The well figured rosewood veneered tops are bookmatched. The tops are hinged and open and swivel to reveal a baized playing surface.
The figured rosewood frieze is mounted with a carved gadrooned moulding and the tops stand on single inverted pedestals. The pedestals are veneered and facetted in design and are decorated with gadrooned collars above bolder gadrooned collars.

The games tables are raised on circular plinth bases that are veneered in figured rosewood and terminate on gilt brass paw feet and castors.
