The scrolled padded ends are crisply carved with foliate decoration and the caned scrolled backed has a beautiful carved trade-mark Gillow six leaf roundel to the front and the back. The squab cushion covered in a striped cream silk, sits above the anthemion - carved front rail resting on stunning bulbous turned reeded legs headed by rectangular panelled tablets. The legs sit in the original brass castors.
