The table has a rounded rectangular top with a reeded edge and four solid original mahogany leaves, which can be added or subtracted from the two dining table ends, all have good figuration, colour and carry the original gilt brass clips and bolts. The telescopic superstructure is made in solid oak with mahogany runners. The table stands on finely tapered, turned and reeded legs terminating on the original brass caps and castors. The 'Imperial' dining table is by its own original maker's description, 'Imperial' to any other dining table.
