George II mahogany kneehole desk with a rectangular rounded top and moulded edge with one long drawer above two sets of short drawers, separated by a centre panelled cupboard flanked by crisply carved kneehole supports. The top centre drawer has an old makers trade label glued to the oak lining and all the drawers carry the original handles. The kneehole desks stands well on the original ogee pointed arched feet.
The elegant proportions of the desk are on due to its width. Lovely original colour
