The solid mahogany top retains an outstanding colour and patination that has matured over many decades. The colour is very mellow, showing the grain to its best effect. The flamed mahogany convex panels are crossbanded with mahogany and ebony stringing with two full length mahogany lined drawers to the front. It retains the original gilt brass handles and locks. The stunning solid mahogany legs are finely tapered terminating on block spade feet.

It is very appealing to have drawers on the serving table, but what really adds style to the piece are the lovely decorative handles.
