The clock is a high quality eight-day chain fusee timepiece by “F. Baetens, 23 Gerrard St, London” with beautifully made anchor escapement movement and decoratively turned pillars. The gilded engine turned and decorated dial and surround is set off by a gilded floral swag against the bronze patination of the rest of the case.
