Inlaid with boxwood and ebony, the graduated drawers are beautifully finished with book-matched, ‘flame-figured’ veneers the wood still retains the original undisturbed surface, colour and a rich patination. The original gilt brass handles have been delicately worked adding to the excellent condition of this commode.
