George III 18th century period Mahogany silver table
The flamed mahogany rectangular top is fitted with a thumbnail moulded edge, above a simulated bamboo frieze. The bamboo supports are flanked by square blind fret work cubes and is repeated through out the piece.
The silver table is raised and supported on a cross stretcher and elegant bamboo struts. The silver table is very much in the Chinese Chippendale taste of the mid 18th century.
The table is of good colour, patina and age.
