George III 18th century period mahogany silver table.
The flamed mahogany rectangular top is fitted with a thumbnail moulded edge, above a simulated bamboo frieze. The bamboo supports are flanked by square blind fret work cubes, repeated throughout the piece.
The silver table is raised and supported on a cross stretcher and elegant bamboo struts.
The table is very much in the Chinese Chippendale taste of the mid 18th century and is of good colour, patina and age.
