Small George III Regency Period Mahogany Telescopic Action Dining Table

England
Circa 1810
The dining table is small and elegant in proportions and retains the two original leaves which match the 'D' Ends for colour and patina. The leaves are made in the solid and can be added or subtracted from the two dining table ends and the brass clips can be stowed away within the superstructure (as shown in the images provided). The telescopic movement is mainly constructed in mahogany and when the table is fully extended it can accommodate ten diners. The fine reeded and turned legs are of high quality and they stand on the original brass caps and castors.
