The set of four side chairs are made in solid beechwood and polished to a mellow mahogany colour and retain the original finish. The top cresting rail with its leaf-carved scrolled volutes and centred lobed shell decoration and looped centre splat is set on a reeded seat frame. The drop in seats stand on out-swept front and rear legs.
